Roadmap: Ward Billing Tracker — an existing prototype (not yet built into this app) will fold in later for ward-round billing.

Fee amounts and billing route now live inside each case's detail view (tap a card) rather than on the card itself. Searching by patient name, surgeon, or facility overrides the date range to all-time while the search box is non-empty.

Real now: your take-home and total billed above are both computed from your actual logged cases. v3: the first tile is Done-status (confirmed) cases only; the second tile adds in known fees from Booked-status (upcoming) cases, kept as its own separate tile rather than silently merged into the confirmed figures. Parked for pilot consideration, not built into this prototype: GST computation, Expenses Tracker, and Tax Pack export — see the 2026-07-07 "Major scope cut" entry in the progress file.

Min-n: any stat above needs at least 5 qualifying cases before it shows a real number — fewer than that, the card explains what's missing instead of guessing. Trend toggle: switches every card above to per-quarter/per-year breakdowns of the same stats (2026-07-05 decision) — a trend is only as good as how consistently the underlying optional fields were filled in for that period. Domain (not yet committed): anaes.sg is a candidate for this venture.
